My team and I reimagined how AI could be used to simplify the risk management workflow, enhancing Pendulum.AI’s capabilities by increasing usefulness by 40% and usability by 80%.

Let’s assume you work at Hooli, a monolithic tech giant with products in various sectors across different countries. Pendulum's proprietary AI technology is designed to provide Hooli with real-time insights into who is discussing their brand, on which platforms, and through which channels—enabling proactive and effective reputation management.
We engaged with executives from Pendulum’s customer portfolio and leading university professors to make informed design decisions. Below are our findings:

Leverage GenAI to design a new navigational path and improve the main layout pages

Utilize existing protocols to design content moderation and workplace wellness features
Eliminate exposure to toxic content by 100% while maintaining/ increasing current work productivity. Conduct diary studies and qualitative interviews to monitor progress.
We designed over 10 layouts to test our concepts with users, including a search feature, GenAI bot, customizable visualizations, and more.
